All Grimware orders are packed with care and protection to keep your treasures safe in transit.

Processing time: Orders ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery times: Australia: 3–8 business days depending on location and postage method.

International: currently unavailable while we focus on Australia.

Packaging: Every order includes protective packaging suitable for glass — please reuse or recycle where possible.

Grimware is not responsible for delays or damages caused by postal carriers once the package has left our hands, but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
