Care Guide

Treat your Grimware like the treasure it is.

Every piece is crafted with care. To keep your Grimware looking its best, please follow these care instructions.

Tumblers

  • Hand-wash only. Do not place in the dishwasher or leave soaking.
  • Not microwave safe.
  • Not freezer safe.
  • Do not place ice directly into an empty glass. Always add liquid first to help prevent thermal shock and cracking.
  • Store Snow Globe Tumblers upright.
  • Fill only with liquids suitable for glassware. Boiling water is not recommended.

Blanks (For Crafters)

  • Hand-wash only. Do not place in the dishwasher.
  • Clean and dry thoroughly before applying wraps, decals, paint, or other finishes.
  • Ensure the plug is securely fitted after filling.
  • Allow all crafted designs and finishes to cure fully before washing or use.
  • Avoid exposure to high heat, prolonged direct sunlight, or freezing temperatures.

Glass & Stainless-Steel Straws

  • Hand-wash gently after each use.
  • Use a straw brush for cleaning. Avoid scrubbing decorative charms or attachments.
  • Glass straws are durable but fragile if mishandled. Do not bend, twist, or drop.
  • Stainless-steel straws are highly durable but should still be cleaned with non-abrasive products and dried thoroughly after washing.

Lids

  • Hand-wash only.
  • Avoid soaking for extended periods.
  • Do not use abrasive scrubbers or harsh cleaning products.
  • Dry completely before storing.
  • Keep away from excessive heat and dishwashers.

Safety Information

  • Glass products may break if dropped, impacted, or exposed to sudden temperature changes. Handle with care.
  • Grimware tumblers and straws are intended for adult use only and are not suitable for children.
  • Keep out of reach of children at all times.
  • Do not walk, run, drive, or move around while drinking through a straw.
  • Inspect your tumbler, straw, and accessories regularly. Discontinue use immediately if any item becomes cracked, chipped, damaged, or otherwise compromised.

Iron-On Patches

  • Suitable for application to most cotton, polyester, and cotton-blend fabrics.
  • Always follow the application instructions provided.
  • Test on a small, inconspicuous area first if unsure of fabric suitability.
  • Ensure the patch is fully adhered before wearing or washing.
  • Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing.
  • Wash garments inside out on a gentle cycle.
  • Do not bleach or dry clean.
  • Tumble dry on low heat or air dry where possible.
  • Patches may loosen over time with repeated washing and wear. For maximum durability, stitching around the edge is recommended.
  • Not suitable for fabrics that cannot tolerate heat, including some synthetic, waterproof, coated, or delicate materials.

Safety Information

  • Iron and heat-press application involves high temperatures. Take care to avoid burns.
  • Adult application only. Keep patches and packaging out of reach of children.
  • Grimware is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect application, unsuitable fabrics, or failure to follow application instructions.
