Treat your Grimware like the treasure it is.
Each piece is crafted with care — keep it magical by following these simple rules.

Tumblers

• Hand-wash only — no dishwashers or soaking.
• Not microwave or freezer safe.
• Do not place ice directly into an empty glass — always add liquid first to prevent thermal shock and cracking.
• Store Snow Globe Tumblers upright.
• Fill only with liquids suitable for glassware. Boiling water not recommended.

Blanks (for Crafters)

• Hand-wash only — never use a dishwasher.
• Clean and dry thoroughly before applying wraps, decals, or paint.
• Ensure the plug is secure after filling.
• Allow crafted designs to cure completely before washing or use.
• Avoid high heat, direct sunlight, or freezing conditions

Glass & Stainless-Steel Straws

• Hand-wash gently after each use.
• Use a straw brush; avoid scrubbing charms.
• Glass is sturdy but delicate — do not bend, twist, or drop.
• Stainless steel is tough but still needs care — avoid harsh cleaners and dry thoroughly.

Lids

• Hand-wash only.
• Avoid soaking or abrasive scrubbers.
• Dry fully before storing.
• Keep away from heat and dishwashers.

Grimware tumblers and straws are designed for adult use only and are not suitable for children. Improper use may result in injury.
